ANNIKA REVIEWS A GAME.

Woah! Annika reviewing something?!
Well since I couldn't think of anything else to blog, and don't like going too long without a new post.
Speaking of which, does anyone actually read this?
I feel a little bit crazy talking to myself.
ANYWAY ON WITH THE REVIEW.
Today, we'll be reviewing LIMBO. A game you can buy directly on the XBOX 360.
Since these type of games never seem to be very good, my brother who actually found it, was a bit skeptical.
But he then saw the trailer for it, which you can find here :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jJpcTgw5Vs
He thought it looked good, so he decided to try it out.
A day after, I tested it as well.
I seriously love this game.
It's really simple, seeming to adopt the graphics of more oldschool games.
Also it's almost eerily calm, the small amount of background sound adding a creepy ambiance.
Until you die.
This seems like a game of trial and error, so i'm happy that you have an unlimited amount of lives.
Also, you get an achievement if you go through the entirety of the game with five or less deaths.
Yeah..good luck.
So the game play is a bit..unsettling.
Like I said, it's very silent until you die. Which is usually a sudden loud noise that makes you jump.
I haven't finished it yet, but I have read the Wikipedia article, which I won't link because the spoilers are very tempting.
SO ANYWAY. Awesome game. Buy it. Play it. Love it.
And I might do more reviews of miscellaneous items in the future.
Anyone have suggestions?

ALL HAIL BRITANNIA.

The date was August 10, in the year 2010 of the Imperial Calendar. The Holy Brittanian Empire had just declared war upon Japan. The far East Island Nation had held fast to it's neutrality, and now Britannia looms as the world's only superpower. Rights to Japan's underground resources became a hotly disputed issue, straining the already deep rooted diplomatic tensions between the two sides. In the deciding battle for the mainland, Britannian forces introduced into combat the Humanoid Autonomous Armored Knight. Known as the Knightmare Frame. The enemies forces were far greater than anticipated, and the Knightmares obliterated the Japanese line of defense on the mainland with little effort. Japan became a dominion of The Empire. The country was stripped of its freedoms, its rights and its name. Area 11, the defeated and once proud nation of Japan was rechristened with a mere number.

You know what this all means, right?
IT MEANS IT'S TIME FOR AN IE FRIENDSHIP PARTY.

As I type, Catherine, Belle and I are watching Code Geass.
Belle and I have both seen the series before, but Catherine had yet to complete it.
Only seven episodes to go before she finishes~
We've also eaten pizza, painted geass on our foreheads, and hung up a Code Geass wallscroll.
AND THE FESTIVITES HAVE JUST BEGUN.
My friends are pretty awesome, you guys!

ps: Peru was fun. I BET YOU WERE EXPECTING MY NEXT BLOG TO BE ABOUT THAT HUH?
